3,500 artists to participate in Ratnavali 2019 in Kurukshetra University

Around 3,500 artists from 30 genres will participate and perform in Ratnavali 2019 annual Haryana cultural event in Kurukshetra University (KU) and the varsity has started the preparations for the mega event from November 2 to 5.
